The 9th edition of the Femua will also be the opportunity, as in 2015, to reflect on the creative industries in Africa, as the sector can be a true provider of jobs. Nigeria became the leading economic power in Africa, he is due in part to Nollywood film productions. (2% of GDP). If many African musicians formed on the job and manage their careers, sometimes by hand, the Group Magic system is estimated now to professionalize the field of music. « It’s the only way to enable young Africans who wish to work to find employment, » says the Commissioner of the Femua. For ten days, about 20 young people will receive training in March on the communication in the cultural field. Training will be provided by the African Music Development program (WADP), a project implemented with the support of the Union European and of the ACP States, and already active in the Congo-Brazza, Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Malawi, and Uganda. According to its Coordinator, Charles Houdart, « WADP aims to strengthen the professional skills of the trades of the music and sound in Africa and to increase job opportunities in this industry in full mutations ». In the future, students and other young talent may have an appropriate framework for their learning and development thanks to the seat of the Femua that the Group Magic System wants to build.

The last to join the Group of partners is called side of ivory tourism. In 2015, this structure to sell the Ivory Coast destination had taken advantage of the event to offer a ride on the lagoon. The Director-general of Côte d’Ivoire tourism, Jean-Marie Somet quickly understood that the Femua is a nice tool for the promotion of tourism in his country, a sector that is spent in three years from 0.6% to 4.8% of GDP. With more than 700,000 visitors including 478 000 nationals, Côte d’Ivoire has assets to attract more tourists. « We have sport fishing, beach tourism, agri-tourism with the tracks of the cocoa which we are the leading producer, cultural tourism, and especially the Ivorian Akwaba », boasts Jean-Marie Somet.
