The 11th edition of the Festival des musique urbanes Anoumabo (FEMUA 11) to be held from 17 to 22 April 2018 around the theme: “African Youth and Clandestine Immigration” will be sponsored by the Ivorian Prime Minister Mr. Amadou Gon Coulibaly.
The head of the Ivorian government granted a hearing to the Magic System Group, initiator of the Festival, which was accompanied by a delegation of its foundation and Gaou Productions on Tuesday, 30 January last, at the end of the afternoon.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation he led and sacrificing to the tradition of the beginning of the year, Bishal, lead vocal of the Ivorian music Quartet, presented his New Year’s greetings to the Prime Minister before introducing him to the great joints of the 11th Edition of the Urban music Festival of Anoumabo.
The FEMUA Commissioner General also announced the upcoming inaugurations of the Séguéla Magic System Primary School and the Loulo Health Centre, located in northern Cote d’ivoire.
A’Salfo closed his remarks by soliciting the sponsorship of the head of government after having ginned the reasons that motivated this choice.
The request for sponsorship to him was accepted with joy by the Ivorian Prime minister who said he was honoured with the choice of his person. Also, he returned his happy year vows to the Magic System group which, he said, “prides itself on the Ivory Coast”.
Development factor through its social actions, the FEMUA has to its credit the rehabilitation and equipping of hospitals, orphanages, nurseries, donations to refugees and the construction of several schools offered to the state of Ivory Coast.
A Festival that positions itself as the largest cultural and social event of the Ivory Coast, as well as the subregion.
